Pemberstone's founding business was established in 1981 and members of its core team have been working together for over 20 years.

For a period in the mid 1990's Pemberstone plc was listed on the London Stock Exchange until the executive directors took the business private in 1999. Since then, its professional and executive team, many of whom have been with the business throughout that time, have provided the stable platform on which the Group has continued to evolve and grow.
