At the heart of this is a portfolio of 6,000 freehold reversionary units and associated ground rents. Pemberstone remains an active acquirer of such interests.
Pemberstone has undertaken many development projects both in partnership and on its own; the projects have included tenanted investments, house building and land assembly with planning. The sites have ranged across the country in a wide variety of locations.
